Question:

How long will my new website take to build?

Answer:

The easy answer would be to say ‘it depends’ – but that is not all that helpful, so let’s see if we can give some indicative time frames. It would normally take 2-3 days to produce a ‘shell’ depending on the application and a further couple of days to get it styled and laid out to the customers requirements. Obviously, a 4-5 page referral website is going to be a lot quicker than a full-blown e-commerce design, but, as a rule of thumb – it generally takes us around 1 week before it is ready to be deployed and populated. Population can take several weeks depending on the websites intended usage. These time frames are indicative only and can vary a lot.
